Processing of open answers to the training needs analysis questionnaire per project Train managerial skills aimed at 140 central and local managers of INAIL. The analysis was part of the identification of training needs coordinated with focus groups and an interview with management. The information useful for planning the training intervention was obtained from the results of the analysis.
