Mela Works is a leading Italian company in the digitization of construction sites. It develops and markets a software platform dedicated to the construction and plant engineering world and characterized by the use of a chat as the only user interface.

Apple is a platform adopted by hundreds of companies and manages more than 5000 construction sites every month.

The experimentation involved the anonymous analysis of the chats relating to the construction diary for the customer APPLE.WORK for the mapping of the cases entered, the language adopted and the trends over time. The preliminary study made it possible to identify the typical characteristics of the messages that are stored in the system and the language used, to support the company assessments for the definition of product development and improvement lines.
